Share. Connect. Provide.
We are a transformative, shared space of nourishment, opportunity, and connection.
Open Arms Ministry is a community leveraging collective power to end hunger, homelessness and wholistic poverty to create nourishment, safe housing, and gainful employment. We do this through a transformative shared space and empowerment programs delivering equality and relationships with our brothers and sisters in need.
Our Drop In and Food Pantry are STILL open! But our community dinner has been canceled until further notice because of COVID-19 concerns.
We gather as a family to share meals and provide access to basic needed resources. Clean clothing & toiletries, identification cards and healthcare are just a few. All are welcome!
Working in conjunction with the Greater Chicago Food Depository, we serve any families and individuals who live in the area bounded by Irving Park, Fullerton, Pulaski, and Western.
In the richest country in the world, no one should be homeless or hungry! We are bonded together for a common purpose: to unify, to build community, and to take care of the people in it.
You’ll receive monthly updates about what’s happening at Open Arms. We promise not to spam you!
